In 2020, we embarked on a new chapter of our lives by moving to the suburb of Austral, Sydney. However, living in this suburban area came with its own set of challenges. We soon discovered that finding authentic Nepalese and Indian grocery items required long drives, which was both time-consuming and inconvenient.
As our family grew and our lives became busier, it became increasingly difficult to find time for shopping. Additionally, we noticed a growing number of Nepalese and Indian families in our community who shared similar challenges in accessing quality South Asian groceries.
This common need sparked an idea in early 2024: Why not start an online store? To make grocery shopping easier for ourselves and our community, we decided to create a solution that would benefit everyone.
Thus, Darshan Delights was born. What started as a personal solution to our grocery dilemma has evolved into a mission to provide a convenient and reliable online shopping experience at reasonable price for all your favourite South Asian groceries.
